Looks fancy for company but is super easy. This also works really well as a chopped salad. I make the chopped when it's just us.

Fancy Wedge Salad Ingredients

1 head Icebert lettuce cored and cut into 6 wedges	-- For Dressing --
2 small Tomato diced	1/2 cup Mayonnaise I prefer Best Foods
3 ea Green onion chopped	3/4 cup Ketchup
3 slices Bacon cooked crisp, crumbled	2 tablespoon Sweet relish

Instructions for Fancy Wedge Salad

On each salad plate, place 1 wedge of lettuce turn on its side or chop lettuce and put in individual salad bowls.

Pour dressing over wedge near center letting a little puddle on each side of wedge or drizzle over top of bowls (1-2 T is enough).

Sprinkle with tomatoes, green onions and bacon.
