Busy Day Cabbage Rolls Ingredients

1 1/2 pound lean ground beef 1 head cabbage
1 large onion chopped1 large can tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt 1 can tomato soup
1/4 teaspoon Pepper 1/4 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Minute Rice 1/4 cup Brown sugar

Instructions for Busy Day Cabbage Rolls

Brown meat, onion, salt and pepper. Add rice and mix well. Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Cut ?

head of cabbage finely and place in bottom of baking dish. Add meat mixture. Cut remaining

head of cabbage and layer over top of meat. Make sauce by combining tomato paste, tomato

soup, vinegar. Brown sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and pour over layer of

cabbage. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 ? hours.
