Swiss Cheese Bread Ingredients

1 loaf Vienna Bread 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
2 cups Swiss cheese sliced (Baby swiss milder)1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
1 cup Mushroom fresh, sliced1 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 sticks Butter 1 teaspoon Onion flakes minced

Instructions for Swiss Cheese Bread

Make diagonal cuts through the bread but not through the bottom. Going in one direction then turn bread and cut diagonally again, 1 in. thick diamonds will be formed.

Break cheese and stick in every cut on bread.

Combine all remaining ingredients and microwave for 30 -60 seconds till all is melted.

Pour mixture over and into slits on bread.

Place bread in foil boat; Bake covered in foil for 30 minutes at 350?
Uncover and bake an additional 10 munites.

To cut down on some of the calories I only use 1 stick of butter. The flavor is of course better with 2 sitcks. [I posted this recipe.]
