Ingredients


Preparation

Mix the first seven ingredients in a bowl. Bring a cup of water to boil in a sauce pan. Add peas. Bring to a second boil. Cover and cook two minutes. Drain peas in a colander. Melt the butter in the same saucepan over low heat. Add the peas and coat with butter. Add the seasonings and mix gently. Cover the saucepan and steam on very low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring once or twice as they steam.
