A creamier version of instant Chocolate Mix. Make ahead to have on hand when you feel like a hot cup.

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz Instant Chocolate Milk Mix Neslte's Quick, or Hershey's Instant or others
  • 1 8 quart Carnation Non-fat dry milk powder
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 16 oz Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 8 oz Non-dairy coffee creamer
  • 1 package Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix must be Instant pudding

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Store in airtight containers. To make hot cocoa mix 1/3 cup about 3 heaping tablespoons with 2/3 cup hot water and stir. If desired add some miniature marshmellows or whipped topping on top of hot cocoa.
