Fat Free Bisquick Baking Mix Ingredients

4 cups white flour 1 tablespoon salt
4 cups wheat flour 1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup wheat germ 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 tablespoons baking powder

Instructions for Fat Free Bisquick Baking Mix

1. Mix all ingredients very well.
2. For every 2 cups mix used add 1/2 cup fat free mayo. NOTE: This replaces the usual shortening.
3. You can substitute applesauce, pureed prunes, pureed squash or whatever you prefer for the mayo.
4. This recipe may be made with all wheat flour or any combination.

Pancakes:
2 cups baking mix
1/2 cup fat free mayo
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 1/4 cups skim milk

Waffles:
2 cups baking mix
1/2 cup fat free mayo
2 T. vegetable oil
1 1/3 cups skim milk
1/4 cup egg substitute

Biscuits:
1 1/2 cups baking mix
1/3 cup fat free mayo
1/2 cup skim milk
