Brussels Sprouts with Horseradish Sauce Ingredients

1 1/2 pound Brussels sprouts 3 tablespoon Horseradish fresh grated or prepared
3 large Carrot 3 tablespoon Cider Vinegar
3 Leek 1 tablespoon Dill chopped fresh, or 1 tsp dried
2 tablespoon Butter 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/3 c Vegetable oil

Instructions for Brussels Sprouts with Horseradish Sauce

Trim off outer leaves of Brussels sprouts. Cut carrots into 1" slices, leeks into 1/2". Steam veggies until tender (10-12min).
Melt butter. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drain veggies. Toss with sauce.
