Broccoli Fish Chowder Ingredients

3 tablespoon Butter 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Celery sliced2 cups Milk
1 cup Onion chopped1 pound White fish fillets cut into 1 inch pieces
2 cloves Garlic minced2 tablespoon Pimento diced
1/4 cup White wine

Instructions for Broccoli Fish Chowder

In a 3 quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook celery, onion and garlic until tender, stirring often.

Add wine; cook 2 minutes. Add soup; stirring until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Add fish, pimento and pepper. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
