Rosemary-garlic Pork Chops Ingredients

4 Pork chops 2 tablespoon Butter
3/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
1/2 teaspoon Pepper 1 Garlic
1 tablespoon Canola Oil

Instructions for Rosemary-garlic Pork Chops

Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add pork and cook 4 mins per side. Reduce heat to medium; add butter, rosemary, and garlic. Cook, turning pork occasionally, 2-3 mins. Remove skillet from the heat. Cover loosely with foil; let stand 5 mins. Spoon pan drippings over pork chops.
