Barbeque Pork Burger Ingredients

1/2 pound Ground pork 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/3 cup Barbeque sauce 2 ounce Monterey jack cheese sliced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 4 Hamburger buns
1/2 teaspoon Salt 1 1/3 cups Coleslaw

Instructions for Barbeque Pork Burger

Prepare grill. In a medium bowl, gently mix pork, 1/4 c of the barbeque sauce, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Divide mixture evenly into 4 patties. Grill burgers 5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through, brushing them with the remianing 1/4 c barbeque sauce. Place cheese on burgers during last 1-2 mins of cooking time, with grill covered, to melt cheese. Place each burger on bottom of each hamburger bun; top with coleslaw, divinding evenly. Serve with potato chips and pickles for garnish.
