Easy Corn Salsa Ingredients

12 oz sweet corn	1 tbsp cilantro chopped
12 oz diced tomatoes	1 dash ground cumin
3 tbsp onion chopped	1 dash garlic powder

Instructions for Easy Corn Salsa

Cook the corn.
Drain the tomatoes.
Mix all ingredients together (while corn is still hot) and serve.

I really recommend the steamfresh super sweet corn. it give the salsa a very sweet flavor. I also serve with Doritos as opposed to traditional tortilla chips. [I posted this recipe.]
