Jell-o Cheesecake Ingredients

-- Crust --1 package Lemon Jell-O 4-serving size
1 cup KevinPA's LC Cake or Cookie Flour mix 1/2 cup Boiling water
1/2 cup Butter softened16 ounces Cream cheese softened
1/2 cup Pecans finely chopped Liquid Splenda equivalent to 1 cup sugar
-- Filling --3 cups Heavy cream

Instructions for Jell-o Cheesecake

-- Crust --
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine KevinPA's LC Cake or Cookie Flour mix, butter and pecans. Press into 9" x 13" baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Cool to room temperature.

-- Filling --
Combine Jell-O with boiling water; set aside to cool. Beat cream cheese in mixer. Add liquid Splenda and whip until fluffy. Add cooled Jell-O.
Beat cream until thick. Add to cream cheese mixture. Pour evenly in pan. Refrigerate at least 5 hours.
