Gherkin Dip Ingredients
4 medium Gherkins
1 package Philadelphia Brand
Cream Cheese
1 small
Onion
Instructions for Gherkin Dip
Chop up onions and gherkins very finely. Put to one side. In a bowl put cream cheese and beat with a wooden spoon. Add extra milk if not softening as quick as you like. When cheese is quite soft put in the onion and gherkin and mix through.
Server wth crackers, chips etc.
