- Monkfish Tail Fillets 10 x 120g
- 10 slices Thinly sliced Bacon
Instructions
Get a blue board prepare the Monkfish tail fillets by removing the bone and triming each fillet,make sure the weight is 120gms per portion.
Lay the bacon slice on a red board and place a Monkfillet on the bacon wrap the bacon round the Monkfish, repeat to all.
Lay them all on a red board, and cling film and label them place in fridge till required.
