Choux Pastry Ingredients
1 1/4 pint of water
4 ozs

2 ozs white
Flour

Instructions for Choux Pastry
1. melt the butter with the water in a pan on the over a low heat add the flour and beat until the mixture comes aways from the sides of the pan, then lay the mixture out on a clean table to let cool for a bit, when the mixture is warm to the hand place in a
2. put the mixture in a piping bag with a plain nozzle, and pipe into buns, or lengths for Eclairs.
3. then put them in the oven 180 Fan 200c gas mark 6 approx 20 - 25 mins till they are golden brown, then place them on a wire rack to cool.
4. when cool put a little hole in the side to pipe with a plain nozzle cream or custard, and top with chocolate sauce
