Broccoli Cornbread Ingredients
2 boxes Jiffy
Corn
bread Mix
4 each
Eggs
1 box
Broccoli
frozen
3/4 cup
Milk
2 cups
Cheddar cheese
1 stick
Butter
1 each
Onion
chopped
1 small box
Cottage cheese
Instructions for Broccoli Cornbread
Cook broccoli and drain.
Melt butter in a 9 X 13 dish.
Mix all ingredients and poor over the hot butter.
Cook in oven at 350 degree until done.
