Ingredients


Preparation

1. Peel and Remove the seeds From the cucumber and Finely grate.

2. Drain liquid and dry Grated cucumber with kitchen paper and a tea towel

3. Tip the yoghurt into a bowl. Mix in the remaining ingredients and the cucumber.

4. Leave to cool in refridgerater when set serve
