Rockin Rub Ingredients

1/2 Cup light-brown sugar 1 teaspoon Thyme
1/4 cup Seasonal Salt 1 teaspoon Tarragon
1/4 cup Onion Powder 1 teaspoon Ginger
1/4 cup Paprika 1/2 teaspoon Allspice
2 tablespoons Chili powder 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
2 tablespoons Dry mustard 2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Poultry seasoning 1 tablespoon Vinegar

Instructions for Rockin Rub

Mix all Ingredients together use on meats before baking or Bbq Grill.
Great on slow smoke meats
