Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore Ingredients

1 whole Chicken	1 teaspoon Oregano
1 can Tomatoes stewed	1/2 teaspoon Basil sweet
1 can Tomato sauce	1/2 teaspoon Rosemary
2 cloves Garlic diced	1/2 teaspoon Cilantro
1 medium Onion diced	1 teaspoon Salt
2 stalks Celery chopped	1/4 teaspoon Pepper black

Instructions for Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore

Mix tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add all other ingredients.
Place chicken in crockpot and pour mixture over chicken.
Place crockpot on High until mixture begans to boil.
Turn crockpot to Low and let simmer during the day.
When ready to serve, test to ensure that chicken is done, serve over pasta or rice.

Note: Chicken parts of your choice may be substitued for the whole chicken.
