Ingredients


Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375F / 190C.

2. Pour cake mix into a large bowl. Stir in eggs, oil, zest, and lemon extract until well blended. Drop teaspoonsful of dough into a bowl of confectioners' sugar. Roll them around until lightly covered. Once sugared, place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.

3. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes.

They are very easy to make and are so soft and fluffy! Made it for a small gathering and my friends love it. It's a bit sweet for me, so I may cut down the sugar coating next time.

I LOVE these Lemon Cookies!!! They are SO easy (just as the recipe says) and they're delicious! Very moist and soft and yummy! I will definitely make these over and over again!
