Ingredients


Preparation

Line a shallow pan with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.

Combine crumbs, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; stir well. Dip fish in beaten egg whites; dredge in crumb mixture. Place fish in pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately.
