Cheesy, Bacon, Stove Top Stuffed Pork Chops Ingredients

6 Pork Chops Boneless & Butterflied1 butter
1 box Stove Top Dressing pork or chicken flavor, cook as directed on box1 seasoned salt
6 slices of bacon 1 garlic salt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 KC Masterpiece BBQ seasoning

Instructions for Cheesy, Bacon, Stove Top Stuffed Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 350-400 degrees. Cut bacon in halves & fry (leave grease in pan). Cook Stove Top (or generic) as directed, add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese & crumble bacon, stir until evenly mixed. Spread all seasoning evenly on each side of pork chops, fry in pan with bacon grease on medium-high heat until cooked on inside. Lay pork chops in large rectangular cake pan, stuff with Stove Top mixture, pour remaining mixture in between & around chops, pour 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over top & bake approximately 35-40min.

You can also buy thick chops & butterfly them yourself! You may also have to spread open pork chops & fry the middle to get them cooked somewhat on the inside! Keep an eye on chops while baking, I never really time how long I cook anything! [I posted this recipe.]
