Oldrangerdude's Weight Watchers Tex-Mex Soup

Ingredients

  • 18.5 can Progresso Light Southwestern-Style Vegetable Soup
  • 14.5 can Diced Tomatoes in tomato juice
  • 15.5 can Chili Beans
  • 8.5 whole Grain Medley-Santa Fe
  • 1 Cholula Mexican hot sauce to taste

Preparation

Empty all cans into a medium sauce pan.

Heat to boiling, then simmer over medium-low heat between 10 and 30 minutes (depending on how quickly you want to eat)

Heat Rice in microwave oven for 90 seconds as directed.

Ladle soup into bowls; add rice and hot sauce as desired.

Adventurous souls can add sliced jalapeno peppers.
