Mexican Casserole Ingredients

1 bag Corn chips pressed1 can (12 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
2 pounds Ground beef 1 can (12 oz) Green Enchilada Sauce spicy as to taste
1 Onion chopped1 cup Milk
1 package Mexican cheese blend grated

Instructions for Mexican Casserole

Cook meats and onion until browned, drain well. Mix the soup, enchilada sauce and milk together until smooth with a wire whip.

In a greased deep oblong pan, layer ? of the chips, sauce mixture, hamburger, and cheese - repeat for a second layer. Bake ~~at; 350 degrees until it starts to bubble. Remove and cool for 10 minutes.

This can also be made with ground turkey and or pork. You can also make additions of whole corn, canned beans, peppers, etc.

Looking at the difference between your active time and total time, I'm assuming it takes 40 - 50 minutes to cook in the oven (depending on if you included the 10 minutes cooling time). Is that correct? I didn't see a cooking time and didn't want to check for bubbling constantly. Thanks. This looks good. I want to try it!
