Preparation

Brown the meat, and add water or broth.

Let it simmer, and cook till nearly done.

Add fruit and nuts according to your tastes.

Add spices.

Simmer until tender and tasty.

Serve with couscous or pasta.

While the ingredients sounded like they would make a delicious dish, without the

specific amounts of each, I was unable to even attempt it. Very disappointed. Look

forward to more specific measurements. I'd love to try it.

This is a classic Moroccan dish, and can take lots of variations. It is unctuous. [I posted this recipe.]
