Chicken Enchiladas Americana Ingredients

12 flour tortillas 1 lb pepper jack cheese
4 large chicken breasts cooked and cut into bite size piec 1/2 lb sharp chedder cheese
2 cans of cream of chicken soup 1 cup diced velveeta cheese
1 package of Taco Seasoning 1 can of black olives
1 1 8 oz can of chopped green chilies 1 small yellow onion (chopped)
1 pint sour cream 2 green onions

Instructions for Chicken Enchiladas Americana

Combine soup, sour cream, chilies, olives, yellow onion, velveeta, and half of both chedder and pepper jack cheeses. Set aside about 1 cup of mixture. Now, add chicken and taco seasoning to remaining mixture. Fill each tortilla shell with 3 tablespoons of chicken mixture and roll up. Pace in greased 9x13 dishes (takes 2). Pour on remaining sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Garnish with green onions.
Place in cold oven. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve!
