Kfc's Cole Slaw

2 lb. shredded cabbage 1/4 c. grated onion 2 c. grated carrots 2/3 c. Miracle Whip 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. oil 6 tbsp. tarragon vinegar Combine all ingredients and refrigerate, in a covered container, for 24 hours before serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Cabbage Chopped or Shredded
  • 1/4 cup Onion grated
  • 2 cups Carrots grated
  • 2/3 cup Salad Dressing Mayonnaise (IE: Miracle Whip)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Oil
  • 6 tablespoons tarragon vinegar Do Not Substitute any other type

Preparation

Combine all ingredients ( Mix Well) and refrigerate, in a covered container, for 24 hours before serving

I worked for KFC years ago and this recipe is exactly as I remember it. Don't use the fake recipes out there that call for White vinegar, milk and buttermilk. This is the REAL deal!!!!!
