Creamy Garlic (veg) Pasta Ingredients

1 tablespoon Olive oil add more to taste if you wish2 Carrots chopped into small cubes
4 tablespoons Butter 2 cups Broccoli cut into small peices
2 cloves Garlic fine chopped1 package linguini or fettuccine
Dried basil to taste1 cup Sun-dried tomatoes optional
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated1 cup Bacon/Ham optional
1 cup Cream add more to tase if you wish

Instructions for Creamy Garlic (veg) Pasta

Get pasta started as per preferred cooking method.

Chuck the veggies into a steamer to soften.

FOR SAUCE:
Over low-medium heat, combine Olive oil and butter in a medium/large saucepan. When butter is melted add garlic, parmesan & about ? teaspoon of basil or more to taste. Stir for about 2 minutes to release the garlic juices. Stir in cream and simmer until heated and mixed through. Add vegies and continue to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Optionally add sundried tomatoes and or bacon/ham.

Poor over cooked pasta and garnish with some fresh parsley.
