Peasant Goulash (hungarian)

This dish is extremely filling. I also add a little sour cream, to finish this and enhance the flavor.

I'm from the Magyar orsag and this is definately not a hungarian recipe. Porkolt does not and never has had mustard , kepsup , sugar of any kind or wostershite sauce . It may be "filling" but it sure isn't hungarian .

Okay, so it's not AUTHENTIC Hungarian food. Here in America, foods are inspired by culture, not ruled by them. Much like most of this country. Seriously, I would be hard pressed to find any truly authentic foods here. Many cuisines have "Western" versions of their menus for American palettes. I apologize for any offense. There was truly none meant. [I posted this recipe.]
