Summer Chicken Kebobs Ingredients

6 Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless 1 Bottle Italian Salad Dressing
2 Green Peppers 1/4 c. Soy sauce
2 Onions, sweet, such as Vidalia 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
18 Mushrooms 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Instructions for Summer Chicken Kebobs



Cut chicken into pieces large enough for a skewer. Place in large bowl or resealable bag - cover or seal. Make sure ingredients are well-coated with marinade ingredients (salad dressing, soy sauce, worcestershire, and lemon juice). Marinate 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Add vegetables during last hour of marinating. Thread alternately on skewers.
Grill over medium coals, turning and basting occasionally with marinade, for 12-15 minutes. I love this served with Garlic Basil Tomato Pie and a Spinach/Strawberry Salad.
