Nicoise cassarole Ingredients

1 Tuna - large can 1 French fried onion rings (canned)
1 cream of celery soup (low fat version) 1 canned sliced potatoes
1 skim milk 1 salt and pepper
1 green beans

Instructions for Nicoise cassarole

Make the good old green bean cassarole and add a can of tuna, a can of sliced potatoes, make with cream of celery instead of mushroom fold in the can of onions, saving some for the top in the last 10 minutes and bake as usual. Yummo

If you make the greenbeans Sunday double it and the next day add the tuna and potates to make a quick after work dinner. A little more milk to stretch it will work fine. A little sprinkle of parmasean cheese couldn't hurt!

Heting in microwave will cut the time. But oven baking is better and gives that nice crispy top we all love. [I posted this recipe.]
