- 2 cans Lite sliced peaches
- 1 Duncan Hinds yellow or white cake mix
- 1/4 stick butter Melted or sliced thin and place on top of cake
- 1 teaspoon Cyanine Pepper warm it up ( optional ) mix in to
Preparation
8, 10, 12" Dutch oven put in as many cans of peaches as you want but no more than 2/3 full
Start with only heat on the bottom, boil this cake until the cake mix is all wet, now put the heat on the top until brown and sugar is caramelized,
First, start coals on a grill, Hearth or pit. Pe-heat Dutch Oven,but not too hot, Next put the 2 cans of peaches in the Dutch oven. Dump the DRY cake mix over the peaches. pour melted butter over the cake mix, Place Dutch oven in the hot coals. Cook, for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
