Sweet Pepper Chicken Ingredients

2 full boneless skinless chicken breast (4 half's)	1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 Coat with SHAKE 'N BAKE Coating Mix (any flavor)	1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
3 ( or more)sliced sweet peppers

Instructions for Sweet Pepper Chicken

Place boneless skinless chicken breast in a pre heated Dutch Oven 350º, cover with 3 ( or more)sliced sweet peppers

bake for 20 - 30 min. if the chicken is done, douse with about 3-4 tbl. ranch dressing per breast, then cover with shredded cheese cover for 5 more minutes till cheese is melted, enjoy
