Bev's Rice Salad Ingredients

3/4 bottle Paul Newman's Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Salad D 1 large Green bell pepper
1 1/2 cup Rice uncooked1 large Yellow bell pepper
1 can (12 oz) Black beans 6 Green onion
3 ears Corn 2 Lemon
1 bunch Cilantro Salt & pepper
1 small can Sliced black olives Avocado sliced (for garnish)
1 large Red bell pepper

Instructions for Bev's Rice Salad

Cook rice, rinse and chill. Add vegetables and half the dressing. Refrigerate for 3-5 hours. Add the other half of the salad dressing just before serving. Add avocado for garnish.
