Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Sobieski Polish Vodka
  • 1 oz Mangosteen Juice
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Rock Candy Syrup (1.5 part sugar to 1 part water bring to a boil then let it cool down and use as needed, it does
  • 1 Fill up with club soda or sparkling water.

Preparation

Fill up a highball glass with ice, add the lime juice, mangosteen and sugar syrup, then add Sobiesky and top-up with 2 oz club soda. Stir and serve.

Garnish: zest of lime
