White Or Dark Chocolate Cheesecake Ingredients

CRUST 12 ounce White chocolate pieces
1 cup Pecan crushed1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Graham crackers crushed1/2 stick Butter softened
1/2 stick Butter softened12 ounce White chocolate
CAKE OR
5 package Cream cheese softened8 ounce Semisweet chocolate
5 large Egg 4 ounce Baker's chocolate
1 cup Powdered sugar

Instructions for White Or Dark Chocolate Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 400?.

Chop pecan pieces and graham crackers to crumbs. Mix with melted butter. Press into bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 5 minutes then cool.

Reduce oven to 375?.

Blend together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add sour cream. Melt chocolate and butter in microwave. Add to cream cheese mixture. If using white chocolate, add ? to ? cup Amaretto. If dark chocolate, use Kahlua.

Pour mixture into a springform pan and bake for 55 minutes. Leaving cake in oven, open door to first notch and turn oven off. Leave in cooling oven for one hour. Place in fridge overnight.

IF TOP OF CHEESECAKE STARTS TO DARKEN, COVER WITH ALUMINUM FOIL.
