1 pound ground turkey	1 Tbs. ground cumin
1/2 cup finely chopped onion	1 jalapeño pepper finely chopped
4 oz. cheddar cheese finely diced	1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 Tbs. chili powder	1 salt and pepper to taste

Combine the all the ingredients. Shape into patties and grill.
