Reserve peach and pineapple juice. Add to water to equal 2 cups. You may have to add a little more water. Mix together jello, water, pie filling, pineapple, and peaches and congeal in a 13x9 dish. Mix together remaining ingredients in a seperate bowl. Just before serving top jello with cream cheese mixture. You can also cut the salad and serve the topping on the side.
Can be made as a blueberry salad by using black cherry jello and canned blueberries (not pie filling) instead of peaches.
