Ingredients
- 2 cups Sticky rice (short grain) freshly cooked
- 1/2 cup Coconut cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 Mangoes chilled and RIPE
Preparation
Combine the hot rice with everything but the mangoes. Set aside till cool. Peel the mangoes and cut two wide slices off the sides of each. In each of four dessert plates, arrange a slice of mango and a mound of rice.
