Akin Back Farms Pasta Blue Ingredients

3 Boneless chicken breasts 1/4 c Fresh lemon juice
skinless1 c Gorgonzola cheese; shredded
6 Sprigs fresh rosemary Salt and pepper; to taste
6 Sprigs fresh thyme 3 1/2 c Fresh spinach
1 lb Ziti torn in bitesize pieces
3/4 c Unsalted butter 1 bn Nasturtiums

Instructions for Akin Back Farms Pasta Blue

Prepare pasta according to package directions; set aside. Poach chicken breasts; remove meat and cube. Combine all ingredients except nasturtiums. Garnish with nasturtiums. Given to me by Herman Sommerville II on 03/09/93. He said that this recipe from Akin Back herb nursery in Shelbyville, KY was in Alice Columbos "Cooks Corner" column in "The (Louisville, KY) Courier-Journal." Posted by Cathy Harned.
