Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole Ingredients
2 tablespoon
Butter
4 ounce
Ham
slices
4 Boneless
chicken breast
halves
1 cup
Cheddar cheese
shredded
2 cups Seasoned bread
stuffing
cubes
1 can (12 oz)
Cream of mushroom
soup
Instructions for Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
preheat oven to 325. Butter a 7x11 or 9x9 baking pan. melt butter in medium skillet, add chicken and quickly fry over medium-hot heat until brown on all sides. Remove chicken from pan and set aside on a plate (chicken does not need to be completely cooked at this point). Add stuffing cubes to the skillet. Stir to absorb any remaining butter and juice. Place 3/4 of stuffing cubes in bottom of baking pan. Layer chicken, ham, and then cheese over stuffing. Top with soup. Sprinkle with remaining stuffing mixture. Bake for 60 minutes.
