Ingredients
- 1 lamb leg steak (or any other cut of lamb suitable
- 3 small peppers (any peppers work as well I prefer the small sweet ones)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 juice of a lime
- 1 olive oil sufficient to coat the meat and peppers
- 1 seasoning
Preparation
De-stalk the peppers, cut in half lengthways and remove seeds. Place lamb steak in the grill pan, arrange the pieces of pepper around it with the garlic cloves. Pour on the lime juice and olive oil and season to taste. Leave to marinade for 1/2 - 1 hour. Grill under a high heat, turning meat and peppers as required, taking care not to overcook the peppers. Place lamb , peppers and garlic on a plate and pour over the pan juices. Serve with a mixed salad and French bread
