Ingredients


Preparation

Melt margarine, then cream together with sugar. Add eggs then water then vanilla. Separately mix flour and baking powder, then mix with the rest of the ingredients. Heat Krumkakejern iron on the stove over medium high heat, turning iron to heat both sides. Pour 1 heaping tablespoon of batter onto the iron and slowly lower the top to spread evenly. Heat for approximately 45 seconds on one side, turn the iron, and heat for another 45-50 seconds on the other side. Remove pastry from iron and shape as desired before it hardens (in one minute). Eat as is, stuff with favorite confection, or dip in chocolate, jam, or powdered sugar.
