Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad Ingredients

1 Head Broccoli cut into small florets	1/2 cup Pecans chopped
1 Head Cauliflower cut into small florets	Dressing
1 medium Red onion diced	1 cup Salad Dressing such as Miracle Whip
1/2 pound Bacon fried, drained and crumbled	2 teaspoons White Vinegar cubed
1 pound Cheddar cheese grated	1/2 cup Sugar or Sugar substitute

Instructions for Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad

Combine vegetables, bacon, cheese and pecans in large mixing bowl and set aside. Combine dressing ingredients in med mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour dressing over salad and stir. Cover and chill. Serve cold.
