Barbequed Country Potatoes

Ingredients


Preparation

Peel and quater potatoes. In a large bowl add salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Toss until potatoes are completely covered with spices.

Cut about 3' of reylonds aluminum foil. Fold the foil in half, and place potatoes in the center in a pile. Add butter and sprinkle with rosemary. Don't worry about mixing the butter... it will melt into the potatoes. Join the left and right side of foil and fold down until its snug with the potatoes. Fold down the top and bottom half of the foil paper to create a sealed package.

To cook, place above direct flame, turning every 10 mins for about 35-40 mins. To check for readiness, open a small corner of the package (be careful as the steam will shoot out and be very hot) stick a fork in a potato to check for softness.
