Preparation
Sieve flour into bowl with baking powder, salt and cocoa. Add the milk, butter and vanilla extract and beat together until smooth. Put into buttered, ovenproof bowl.
For the sauce, mix together the sugar and cocoa. Add the warm water and stir thoroughly. Pour this mixture carefully over the pudding mixture.
Bake at 180?C or equivalent for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream or Vanilla ice cream.
