Wayne’s apple peach tomato ketchup Ingredients

2 cans of peach quarters drained 1 cup of Heinz ketchup
2 cans of crushed tomatoes 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
14 tart apples 1 teaspoon of cayen pepper
8 large tomatoes 2 teaspoon of cinnamon
3 large onions 1 teaspoon of salt
3 cups of white sugar 1 ½ cup of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of brown sugar 2 tablespoons of horse radish
2 cups white vinegar

Instructions for Wayne’s apple peach tomato ketchup

Core and cook the apples just covered
with water to an apple sauce consistency
and then mash the lumps.

Dice very small and throw in all the vegetables and
Fruit.
Throw in all spices and boil, then simmer
For 1½ hours with cover off the pot to
thicken….bottle while hot.
