Ingredients
- 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar or according to taste
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder or according to taste
Preparation
