Mexican Dessert

This is a delicious dessert. Looks attractive and easy to make. A favorite by far.

Ingredients


Preparation

Melt sugar in pan- pour into angel food pan to cover.

Prepare cake mix as instructions and pour into pan.

Flan: blend eggs, condensed milk,milk, cream cheese-pour into pan gently. Don't mix.

Put angel pan into large pan of water and put into oven for approx 1 1/2 hr at 300-350F until cake is done.

Let cool and then put in fridge. When cold then turn upside down on plate.
