Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut Butter, creamy or crunchywhichever you pref
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar plus 2 Tbls. reserved for later
- 1 Egg
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Place reserved sugar on a plate or waxed paper. Dip a potato masher, the kind with the square holes, into the sugar and then press the spoonfuls of cookie dough with the potato masher. (If you don't have the potato masher, use a fork to make the cross hatch marks.)
Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
